Forward T-Mobile (mobile) to an AI receptionist
Keep your published number and forward calls to MyAIVoiceAgent when you want the agent to answer.
In dial codes below, XXXXXXXXXX is the ten-digit number you want calls forwarded to (your area code plus number, no +1). Anywhere you see “your MyAIVoiceAgent number”, use the MyAIVoiceAgent number from your account after you sign up.
Every call
- From the T-Mobile phone, dial **21*1XXXXXXXXXX# and press Send.
To turn it off: Dial ##21# and press Send.
T-Mobile's code format is 1 + phone number, so the 1 goes before the 10-digit number. Unconditional forwarding means the phone itself does not ring. You can only forward to 10- or 11-digit numbers, never to international numbers. Forwarding while roaming depends on the host network. T-Mobile also points to device-specific steps (Devices page > your device > Calling & Contacts > Block and/or manage calls).
Only calls I miss
- No answer: dial **61*1XXXXXXXXXX# and press Send.
- Busy: dial **67*1XXXXXXXXXX# and press Send.
- Unreachable (phone off or out of signal): dial **62*1XXXXXXXXXX# and press Send.
- Optional ring delay: dial **61*1XXXXXXXXXX**20# where 20 is 5, 10, 15 and so on, up to 30 (for example **61*1XXXXXXXXXX**10# for a 10-second delay).
To turn it off: Dial ##61# (no answer), ##67# (busy) and ##62# (unreachable). Alternatively, ##004# resets the busy, unreachable and no-reply forwarding settings to default.
Set all three (no answer, busy, unreachable) to cover every case where the business doesn't pick up. Note that ##004# resets forwarding to T-Mobile's defaults, which normally means voicemail.
