Forward Quo (formerly OpenPhone) to an AI receptionist

1. Open Quo on web or desktop and open the call flow builder for your number.
2. Click the Default call flow dropdown and select Forward all calls.
3. Enter your MyAIVoiceAgent number as the destination and create the flow.
4. Click Enable this call flow and confirm Live appears.

To turn it off: Select Default call flow from the dropdown and Enable this call flow to stop forwarding all calls.

Settings, Phone numbers also offers Setup next to Forward all incoming calls. Forwarding supports US and Canadian numbers only and uses two call legs per forwarded call.

1. Open Settings, Phone numbers, and Edit call flow for the number.
2. Add a Ring users step, then add a Forward call step after it.
3. Set the Forward call destination to external number your MyAIVoiceAgent number.
4. Publish and enable the call flow.

To turn it off: Remove the Forward call step or disable that call flow.

Quo states the Forward step cannot chain multiple forwards before voicemail; ring users first, then forward once if no one answers.

1. In the call flow builder, drag Business hours after the Incoming call trigger.
2. Configure During hours with Ring users or other day routing.
3. On the After hours path, add a Forward call step with external number your MyAIVoiceAgent number.
4. Publish and enable the call flow.

To turn it off: Remove Business hours or change After hours to voicemail instead of Forward call.

Business hours only affects call routing, not SMS. You can temporarily switch to Forward all calls for emergencies.
