Forward Aircall to an AI receptionist

1. Open Aircall Dashboard, Users and Teams, All users, and select the user.
2. On Call Preferences, find Forward call to an external number.
3. Click Add a phone number, enter your MyAIVoiceAgent number, and save.
4. Keep the user status Available; the app and your MyAIVoiceAgent number ring together.

To turn it off: Toggle Forward call to an external number off or delete the number in Call Preferences.

Only one external forward per user. Cannot forward to another Aircall number. Press 1 is required by default; answered forwards bill as outbound. Do not use with the mobile app on the same device.

1. In Dashboard, open Numbers, Call distribution, Edit to open the Flow editor.
2. Add a Ring to widget targeting the user or team.
3. Set Ring for to your timeout, then add Redirect to, choose External number, and enter your MyAIVoiceAgent number.
4. Click Publish.

To turn it off: Remove Redirect to or point unanswered handling to Voicemail instead, then Publish.

Redirect to ends the flow; configure fallback on the destination if needed. User-level external forward rings in parallel rather than after timeout.

1. In the Flow editor for the number, add a Time Rule widget.
2. Configure business-hour branches for normal routing.
3. On the At any other time branch, add Redirect to, External number, and enter your MyAIVoiceAgent number.
4. Click Publish.

To turn it off: Edit the Time Rule after-hours branch to Voicemail or remove Redirect to, then Publish.

Date Rule widgets can override holidays before Time Rule logic. Leaving At any other time empty drops calls.
